Welcome to Blogmas Day 11! I have some catching up to do because I had a little blogging pause after Day 10 because I had some busy days and evenings with already some Christmas activities.
Today I’ve got a look at the Allure Beauty Box of November for you on Weeks of Beauty. So far, the Sephora Play! box has been my absolute favorite subscription so far but it is not available in the Netherlands. The Allure Beauty Box is when shipped via Shipito so I decided to check it out, after seeing the announcement of NikkieTutorials that she curated the December box.
The November Allure Beauty Box is all about masking! Every box contains 6 or 7 beauty products, full size and trial sized, ready for you to try it out.
The box comes with a little booklet that contains some information about the featured products.
These are all the products featured in this months box.
Patchology Flashpatch Rejuvenating Eye Gels.
I’ve tried ‘fast’ eye gel pads by Skyn and I don’t like them because they stick to the skin under my eyes and that is exactly what you don’t want for the skin under the eyes. Curious to see if these ones by Patchology are going to be better!
Kocostar Rose Lip Mask.
I’ve tried a couple of lip masks before and I do have to admit that I don’t really get the point. I know it’s to moisturize (and sometimes plumb) the lips but it feels weird to me to put a sheet on your mouth with product that you don’t want in your mouth… I’ll probably pass this one on because I won’t be trying it out.
Starskin Magic Hour Exfoliating Foot Mask Socks.
Best. Idea. Ever! Before I go to sleep I usually put a thick layer of Lush Lemony Flutter on my feet to moisturizer and repair over night, but it feels really gross on the feet because of the thick formula. The socks are the answer if you ask me: it helps the product get into your feet faster and you can remove the extra of the product after using the mask. Can’t wait to try this one out!
LAPCOS Pearl Brightening daily skin mask.
This one looks like a K-Beauty brand so that already makes me curious about it because no one does sheet masks better than Korean Brands!
Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Jelly Sheet Mask.
I am so excited about this one! I’ve tried the Glow Recipe Watermelon sleeping mask and I looooved the smell but I hated the feel of the overnight mask. I’m expecting this mask to have the smell lovely smell but with a product that sinks into the skin faster and that feels more light compared to the sleeping mask. I will let you know if I liked it as much as I expect!
GlamGlow Supermud clearing treatment.
You can never go wrong with this one, right?!
Invisibobble the traceless hair ring original.
When using a face mask it’s a good idea to get your hair out of your face so these hair rings are a good addition to the box! I actually prefer a regular hair tie over the invisibobble but I do use these when I go to the gym. Also, how cute is this pastel glittery pink color?
What do you think of this box? I am happy with most of the products so it’s a good start for the Allure Beauty Box! Especially can’t wait for the December box because Allure and NikkieTutorials already showed which products will be featured and I’m telling you: it’s good!
