PS… Brunch Club & Frosted highlighter (Primark Beauty) (Blogmas Day 28)

The PS… reviews keep coming this Blogmas because I picked up quite some Primark products. The best thing of it all is: there are actually some gems to discover! Now that Blogmas 2018 is coming to an end, I think it’s a good time to throw in a winter themed highlighter. At first I only picked up the PS… Frosted highlighter for the winter theme, but after trying it out I knew I had to have at least one other shade as well. Let’s take a look. Welcome to Blogmas Day 28!

I think these highlighters retail for only €3,50. This range of highlighters has (at least) four shades in total, the other two being a pink highlighter and a more golden shade. The Frosted and Brunch Club shades are the best match for my fair skin tone.

The swatches of these highlighters are the reason why I also picked up the Brunch Club shade after getting the Frosted shade. They are extremely creamy, pigmented well and the glow it gives is so intense! I couldn’t believe what I saw, honestly.

The highlighters made me think a bit about the Kylights by Kylie Cosmetics but I have to admit that at this point I am also looking for a possible dupe/inspiration for every Primark Beauty product. It is also very well possible that it’s their own design, ofcourse!

I do have to say this: the PS… highlighters are way better than the Kylighter! Formula is nicer, glow is more intense and the color payoff is also better. The Kylighters are more for a subtle glow where these PS… Frosted and Brunch Club highlighters will give you the most blinding glow.

In the top two pictures I am wearing the Brunch Club highlighter. I just love how the shade suits my skin tone and blends seamlessly into my skin. However, the highlighter is still blinding and gorgeous.

In the bottom two pictures I am wearing Frosted. This picture does not do it justice though, because Frosted is even more blinding than Brunch Club. The only part in the picture that shows the effect of Frosted well enough, is on the part on my forehead. That’s also a bit of Frosted :).
Frosted is a shade that stands out more and is also more glittery. The glow looks wet and glittery and is just amazing. If you want a special and blinding highlighter, than Frosted is the on to go for! The way Frosted reflects the light on my cheekbones, makes me think of the Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb in How Many Carats?!, but then with a little less glitters that go everywhere.

Also important: both highlighters don’t give me any annoying fall out or powder that goes everywhere. Yes, these highlighters are truly amazing and just based on their quality, I’d call them high end highlighters!

Only downside is the cheap ass packaging, but for €3,50 each they can surely get away with that! 🙂
