Last week I made a little stop after work at Amsterdam city centre to get a present for a friend. But you know how it works: you go for one thing and you stop at some other stores and all of the sudden you end up with way more than planned. At least that’s how it works when I make a quick stop at the stores, haha.

It’s nothing too crazy for a little haul though, I only shopped at Lush and Kiehl’s.

I picked up the Eve’s Cherry Lipscrub because I was looking for a lipscrub anyway and this one smelled very nice. At the check out I saw this Avocado Wash Showergel and I’m not sure whether this is a new product or that I just never saw it, but it looks promising so I picked it up as well.

On my way back to the metro I walked passed Kiehl’s and I remembered I had been wanting to check some of their products out. I wanted to ‘feel’ the avocado eye treatment (this avocado theme was not intended, haha) because I needed a new moisturizing eye cream for the night.

It felt quite nice for a first impression so I picked up a small jar of the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado to give it a go.

I also picked up the Richly Hydrating Hand Cream “Coriander” which I already regret because it smelled wayyyy nicer in store, haha. I’ll just give this one to a friend who does like the scent :).

The lady at Kiehl’s very kindly gave me some samples of products I am also curious about. I will let you know if I decide to pick up the full size of any of these.
