Since it was today such a lovely, spring like day in the Netherlands (I did need a warm winter coat but I could enjoy the sun from the terrace), I think it’s a great day for an bonus post on Weeks of Beauty full with summer vibes.
You already know I love me a good Sephora Play! box so I was very happy to see that Sephora was selling their ‘old’ Play! boxes and you could actually choose which one you were getting.
I was so stoked when I saw that one of these boxes, Summer Nights box H included Tatcha The Silk Canvas primer, which I’ve been dying to try for a little while now.
I asked my friend in the USA to place an order for me (I also got the Sephora Play! Smarts K-Beauty box which I’m obsessed with as well, coming soon on Weeks of Beauty) and here is a little sneak peek of the products!
The Sephora Play! bag came with this cute Hot Hot Hot bag that I might be using this summer in my beach bag for the sunscreen or something. The bag contains, like usual, five trial sized products and one bonus fragrance sample.
I only bought this bag because of the Tatcha primer (making it already worth more than the $10 you pay for it) but I got some other lovely products as well.
Tatcha The Silk Canvas is a product that’s either loved a lot or ignored by the beauty community. I feel like the opinions about the primer are mixed, people are loving it or are not impressed by it at all. Time to try it out myself!
Once I know what I think of it, you will read all about it on Weeks of Beauty :).
The other products that came in this box are:
- Living Proof – Frizz Nourishing Styling Cream;
- Maison Margiela Paris – Replica Music Festival Eau de Toilette (bonus);
- Clinique – Take the Day Off Make-up Remover;
- Too Faced – Melted Matte liquid lipstick in Queen B;
- Lancome – Definicils High Definition Mascara in Black.
I know that I love the Queen B lipstick shade because I already own it, so I’ll be giving this one away. The same goes for the Living Proof product because it doesn’t target my hair concerns.
I took a little sniff at the Maison Margiela Paris perfume sample but it’s not my scent.
The Clinique make-up remover is one that I do love and I will save this one for when I’m traveling.
Last but not least is the Lancome mascara. I am not familiar with this one yet but I can’t wait to try it out! A good, non-transfering mascara is always very welcome into my life :).
What products from this Sephora Play! bag are you most curious about? Let me know! X
