Benefit Cheekleaders Mini Bronze Squad

Today I’ve got a winning product for you guys! I picked up the Benefit Cheekleaders Mini Bronze Squad highlight, contour & bronze palette up originally for the Cookie highlighting shade, which is exclusive for the bronze cheek palettes. It’s allegedly a bomb ass highlighter with an amazing wet glow so I obviously had to try it out myself. I love the Benefit Dandelion Twinkle highlighter for the subtle days so I love to add a new Benefit highlighter favorite.

The palette contains the Gold Rush blush, Cookie highlighter and Hoola bronzer. I won’t get much use out of Hoola for contouring but that’s okay because it’s amazing to add some definition to my eyes when used in the crease.

The palette is small and comes with a mirror inside, so it’s perfect for traveling.

You can already see in this picture how amazing Cookie is! Gold Rush is a blush that has been on my wishlist for quite a while now so it’s the perfect combo. Only downside is that Gold Rush is known for it’s shameless overspray (the gorgeous gold you can see shining) but the swatches I saw without the overspray were still pretty.

This is after dipping my blush brush in twice and there went the overspray, but luckily the blush itself still has some kind of micro sparkle inside, making the blush luminous anyways.

The Gold Rush blush is peachy/nectar pink, very subtle with an even more subtle golden sparkle in it. The shade can be build up though, so it’s perfect for every occasion.

I am dying over the swatch of Cookie. Look at that shine!

Is Cookie going to be just as amazing on the face though?

But yes IT IS JUST AS AMAZING if not more! Gold Rush makes a gorgeous, subtle but luminous and healthy looking blush and Cookie creates a gorgeous glow that can be seen from outer space and beyond. Cookie can be applied subtly as well but you’ll have to go really, really light handed.

What I also love about both Gold Rush and Cookie is how seamlessly they blend into the skin. Even though Cookie is so blinding you can’t see any lines or weird patches. A++++!

I also used the tiniest bit of Hoola to contour the cheekbones and my nose.

I actually have to force myself to use my other blushes and highlighters and not only Gold Rush and Cookie but boy am I hyped about this little palette! Totally worth your bucks! 🙂
