After my London haul in the beginning of this month, comes another haul! I just came back from a holiday to Canada (went to Gananoque, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Toronto) and I picked up some lovely items.
This all are the beauty items I picked up at Sephora. Shoppers Drug Mart and Bath & Body Works.
I also was quite successful at the Niagara Outlet Collection. I bought two Levi’s jeans (that was my main goal 🙂 ), office pants at Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, sport leggings at Lulemon Athletica, an Adidas running jacket and a Reebok top.
At the airport I always like to pick up a book and/or magazine for during my flight, a bottle of water and I always take a peek at the tax free make-up. I recently finished my Dior Addict Lip Glow in 001 Pink and since it’s my favorite, I decided to pick up a new one. This time in the 007 Rasberry shade. It’s very similar, just a little more intense pink.
My first beauty stop in Canada was Shoppers Drug Mart. They had soooo much make-up there, both drugstore and high end that it was almost overwhelming. Luckily I made a little wishlist beforehand so I knew exactly what to pick up.
I’ve been wanting to try these two Covergirl eye palettes out for a while so I finally picked them up. Review coming in the future!
I saw Allie Glines using the Covergirl Exhibitionist mascara and I looked amazing so I will give it a go myself.
The Hands of Hope hand cream by Philosophy is my favorite out there so one with green tea and avocado got me excited.
At Bath & Body Works I picked up an amazing smelling candle of the fall collection (Leaves) and I stocked up on the hand sanitizers. I got a couple more as gifts.
And last but not least: the items I picked up at Sephora. I did have quite some disappointments when it came to my Sephora wishlist though. I checked two stores but in both they were sold out of the Patrick Ta Lip Shines and the Kaja cheek duo’s (highlighter and blush) weren’t available at both. They also didn’t carry much Sephora Favorites sets.
I did manage to pick up the number one on my wishlist: the Pat McGrath Mini Lip Fetish Balm Trio. Can’t wait to give these a go!
To add to my Marc Jacobs Daisy collection I picked up the Daisy Love Eau So Sweet spray pen. Love those for in my handbag!
I also picked up the rollerball of Tory Bruch Bel Azur. I’ve been regretting not picking up this perfume ever since I was in Santa Barbara, California. I loved this scent so much but it is quite expensive and I have lots of other perfumes, so I never made the purchase. I definitely wanted to take it home with me this time though because I’ve been thinking of the perfume ever since… how dramatic, haha! It’s a wonderful, fresh and zesty scent.
I know I liked the Ole Hendriksen Banana Bright Eye Crème but I didn’t want to pick up a full sized one right away, so I went with this cute set to give the eye cream another go and experience the C. Rush Brightening Gel Crème.
At my Sephora account I filled out september as my birthday month, so I got to pick a birthday gift. I went for the Drunk Elephant skin care duo. I still am taking it easy with the skincare though so I will give these to a friend.
Online I saw that an Innisfree store was added at the CF Toronto Eaton Center (this huuuuge shopping mall in the middle of downtown Toronto) but unfortunately, it didn’t open yet. I placed an online order instead with everything on my wishlist.
After my trips to London and Canada I’ve got so much lovely products to try out and review, so you can expect a lot of reviews soon on Weeks of Beauty!
Are those gold sparkles packed with the Pat McGrath trio.
